Amanda is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including time in the Emergency Department and most recently as an OR nurse alongside a plastic surgeon. Through these roles, she developed a deep understanding of both critical care and the confidence that comes from feeling good in your own skin.

Her experiences sparked a true passion for health and wellness, leading her to creating a space where others could feel supported, empowered, and inspired to take control of their well-being.

Outside of work, Amanda is a proud boy mom. You'll often find her on the baseball field, cheering on her two sons and soaking up the moments that matter most.
